This is the way most of our members choose to go. Our classes are small group classes (ranging from a few folks up to about 12) that feature lifting weights, doing work that gets your heart rate elevated, sweating, and a mix of other things like working on improving your mobility and flexibility. Our classes are adaptable to anyone's current fitness level. We have former D1 athletes and grandmothers working out alongside each other in these classes but everyone gets the dose of exercise that is appropriate for them.
The best option for those people who have very specific goals or enjoy the one-on-one attention of a coach. Personal training definitely still has a CrossFit feel to it but allows for the program to target exactly the areas you are looking to improve on.
This is our elementary aged fitness class. This class helps kids learn the importance of exercise at young age and helps them make fitness a part of their lifestyle from the get-go. Ransom Kids is great for children who play sports but might be even better for those kids that aren't active. This gets them moving around and they love coming (even if you can't get them to go play in the yard when you're at home).
This is an area where our coaching staff shines. We have coaches who played sports at high levels, have worked as strength coaches in professional sports, and have many hundreds of hours coaching on the playing field in addition to their time coaching at the gym. Perfect for the athlete or team that wants to push their game to the next level.
